Find your future in Hospitality and Professional Cookery

The hospitality sector employs around 3.2 million in the UK with jobs ranging from Kitchen Porter to Executive Chef and from Barista to Restaurant manager. A career in hospitality gives you the option to work worldwide and in several different environments. If you have a passion for cooking or customer service, then our qualifications in hospitality will provide you with the stepping stone to a career in the industry. Our courses run in both Thurso and Dornoch campuses, with lecturing staff who have extensive industry experience that will guide you through a hands-on practical course. The lecturing staff strive to provide all students work experience within local hospitality businesses and we also offer Modern apprenticeships to those already working full-time in the industry.
