Young Highland Chef
The Young Highland Chef of the Year Competition is an annual competition organised by North Highland College UHI and the Albert Roux Consultancy.
Entrants aged between 18 and 30 are invited to submit a three-course dinner menu for two with specific ingredients and with a budget of £20 per cover.
Applications are then shortlisted by the Judges and the finalists are selected to take part in the competition on Monday 28th October 2019.
