Hospitality and Professional Cookery


Study hospitality and professional cookery at our Thurso or Dornoch campuses in our training kitchens and restaurants.

Volunteer and gain experience at events including the Chez Roux, Young Highland Chef Competiton, network and impress local employers with our chef mentoring scheme, and enjoy guest lectures and educational trips.

Our courses


Katie Macleod from Halkirk studied SVQ Level 2 Professional Cookery at our Thurso campus before securing employment with famed chocolatier, William Curley. 

Katie enjoyed learning about all aspects of the kitchen, before continuing with her dream to become a pastry chef.
