Student Life

Being a student isn't just about getting a qualification; it’s also about new experiences, meeting new people and becoming part of your student community.

Attending your induction will help you to settle into being a student, get to know staff and meet the students you will be studying with.

Throughout the year Links2Life provides opportunities to develop your career, find out more about health and wellbeing and discover how you can enhance your experience at UHI North Highland.

The Highlands and Islands Students' Association (HISA) represents all higher and further education students across the University of the Highlands and Islands (UHI) and its 13 partners.  HISA can help you with setting up clubs, starting societies and organising events.  Your local HISA representative at UHI North Highland is Andrew Skene.

UHI North Highland is a fantastic place to study and attracts students with many different interests. The surrounding area of wild, unspoiled Scottish scenery is the perfect place to kick back and enjoy the local area and great outdoors
