North Highland College UHI is seeking to recruit an enthusiastic, dynamic, and motivated individual to support and assist our lecturing team in a classroom environment.
The Learning for Life and Work course (SCQF Levels 2 and 3) aims to help learners develop basic level essential, employability and life skills. The course is delivered over 2 days per week (Thursday and Friday) during term-time only. Students on this course will take part in a number of activities, and as the member of staff you will be responsible for guiding and supporting our students during these learning and teaching experiences. You will be expected to work under guidance and direction from a NHC lecturer.
We are seeking to appoint an individual preferably with experience and/or a background of working with people with intellectual development and/or physical additional needs. You must be able to communicate with, inspire and motivate our students to enable them to realise their potential.
