Assistant Director of Student Services
|Salary range||£46,568 - £48,661 pa *Job Evaluation pending|
|Working hours||Full-time, 35 hours per week|

North Highland College UHI has a new and highly fulfilling management vacancy to lead the teams responsible for its core College student services including admissions, registry, student funding, library/learning resources and student support services. These are services vital to ensuring that students at all levels of study are efficiently enrolled and certificated; and enabled to become engaged, safe and successful learners throughout their learning journey with us.
The creation of this new post brings with it a rewarding opportunity to lead the Student Services teams through a change programme to enhance the processes and structures needed to deliver their services, including through collaboration with UHI and with other colleges in the partnership.
The successful applicant will be required to demonstrate leadership and change management skills at a high level and must also have a wide range of management experience. The successful applicant will report to the Director of External Engagement & Facilities.
