Administration Support Assistant

Salary range £18,825- £20,381 p/a pro rata

A part-time Administration Support position has become available within our Admissions and Registry team based at our Thurso campus.

Candidates should be able to provide a professional and efficient administration service in a wide range of admissions and registry duties as part of a professional, multi-skilled, flexible team.  Duties will include dealing with course enquiries, processing course application and assisting the administration of attendance system and the provision of end users support, the creation and maintenance of student enrolments, unit entries/results and attendance records and assisting with the compilation of the SQA returns when required.
