Learn in a commercial, real-life environment in the college's Café at Morven
- There are no formal entry requirements but a desire to work in a customer service industry is an essential.
Students will learn how to work in the catering industry by assisting in Café at Morven in the production of vegetables, salads, and sandwiches. They will also develop customer care skills, and learn to work safely as part of a team.
