Elementary Food Hygiene REHIS Certificate
What is special about this course?
This one day course gives a qualification to food handlers by the Royal Environmental Institute of Scotland which is nationally recognised by all sectors of the food industry. Delegates are given six hours of tuition and must successfully complete a multiple choice question paper on the day to achieve the certificate.

- Food pests and their control
- Cleaning practices
- Hygiene and habits of food handlers
- Hygiene in the preparation, cooking and storage of food and current food legislation.
